Due to courses being delivered remotely the Engineering Student Lounge (ED 127) will be temporary closed. We hope we will be able to return to campus and reconnect with fellow students soon. The Engineering Student Lounge is located in the Education Building, Room 127. The student lounge is open to all students and is an excellent place to study, do homework, play video games, or hang out with friends. The lounge has plenty of sitting space, a TV room, and a stocked kitchen. The study room is equipped with a projector, and tables to study and do homework at. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and coffee maker. If at any time you forget forks, knives, or spoons, extras can be found in the kitchen. Newly added to the lounge is a racing simulator made by Pranav Mukesh and Spencer Jorgenson. The lounge is also the place to buy engineering paper required for some of your engineering classes and can be purchased for $4.00 a book. Engineering merchandise can also be purchased from the lounge. Don’t forget to check out the calendar outside of the Student Lounge’s door often to find out about upcoming RESS events. All students are always welcome in this space and you can typically find an RESS Council member to answer any questions. See you in the lounge!
