The President is responsible for coordinating all RESS Council activities and chairs all meetings. He or she ensures all council members are fulfilling their duties and acting in the best interests of the RESS, as well as act as the chief spokesperson.

Samuel Ferguson
The VP Academic is responsible for assisting the President with Council activities and assumes the duties in their absence. They are the liaison between the Dean and the engineering student, and acts on all academic concerns and complaints. They are responsible for the coordination of academic related events.

Jordan MacLeod
The VP Finance is responsible for the management of money received or negotiated for by the RESS, and the RESS bank account. They are consulted on all financial matters of the RESS and keep the council informed of the financial status at all RESS meetings.

Emily Schwab
The VP Professional Affairs is responsible for the coordination of the Year 1- 4 Reception and pursues corporate sponsorship for events. They are the liaison between the RESS and the Association of Professional Engineering and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS), Canadian Council of Professional Engineers (CCPE), and the Regina Engineering Society (RES).

Jeff Strueby
The VP Internal Affairs is actively involved with planning and promoting all RESS social events. They are responsible for coordinating Engineering Frosh Week. They are the liaison between other Engineering Student groups on campus such as IEEE, EWB, Cougar Racing, ASHRAE, and all other U of R Student Societies on campus.

Nicholas Volsky
The VP External Affairs is the liaison between the RESS and the Western Engineering Student Societies Team (WESST), the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES), and other universities engineering student societies. They are responsible for coordinating conference delegates and being the head delegate at educational engineering conferences across Canada.

The VP Social is responsible for coordinating all RESS social events such as Beerfest, Beer in the Lounge, Second Year Mug Ceremony, and Engineering Week. They ensure engineering students have opportunities to have fun and meet new people.

Mason Babey
The VP Communications is responsible for maintenance of the RESS webpage, social media outlets, and publicizing RESS functions. They also post meeting minutes and the RESS budget for public viewing. They coordinate all communication between the RESS and the engineering student body.

The Charity Director is responsible for coordinating the RESS annual Pie in the Eye, Movember, and Milkfest fundraisers. As well as being an active Student Life Team member.

The Industry Relations Director is responsible for seeking new industry partners and maintaining current partnerships. They contact our partners regarding sponsorship requests, opportunities, and advertisement. They are a member of the Professional Affairs Team and contribute to planning industry events and tours.

The International Students Representative encourages the involvement of international, Study Abroad, and Exchange students at RESS events. They address any concerns of the above-mentioned students.

The responsibility of the Class Representatives is to stay current with RESS activities through meeting attendance, meeting minutes review, or communication with the Academic Team. They are responsible for communicating with members of his/her year regarding RESS events and academic opportunities. They voice the concerns of their respective year to the VP Academic

The Alumni Representative provides advice and support to the Members of RESS. They help provide continuity during council transition and ensure the Council Members are acting in the best interest of the RESS.
Faculty Representative

The Faculty Representative is the liaison between staff members of the faculty of Engineering and the RESS.
Social Equality Representative

The Social Equality Representative is the liaison between RESS and ethnic, gender, religious, and sexual orientation groups on campus regarding concerns of social equality. They promote social equality amongst the engineering community.
Graduation Representative

The Graduation Representative is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the Iron Ring Ceremony in conjunction with the Engineering faculty. They also coordinate the organization of the Graduation Banquet.
