? The Year 1-4 Reception – September 24, 2009

The RESS (Regina Engineering Students Society) has been hosting the Year 1-4 Reception for 18 years. We will be hosting it again this year on Thursday September 24, 2009, at the Terrace Rotunda/Plaza at Innovation Place 140 – 10 Research Drive.

Last
year we hosted this event in March, but we have decided to return to
hosting it in the fall. This reception will be a semi-formal mixer with
wine and appetizers, and give first year students, upper year students,
engineering faculty members, and industry engineers/sponsors a chance
to network and listen to a guest speaker. There will also be a number
of booths set up to give sponsors and engineering clubs a chance to
expose their organization to students. Thanks to corporate sponsorship, we can continue this opportunity for students and industry professionals.

Event Info:
Date – September 24, 2009
Address – Terrace Rotunda/Plaza at Innovation
Place 140 – 10 Research Drive
Time – 7:00 p.m.
Admission – Free, however please RSVP to professional@uofrengineering.ca (1st year U of R Engineering students need not
RSVP)

If you have any questions or would like to see the sponsorship package, please e-mail Sherron Campbell at professional@uofrengineering.com .
